On April 30, 2009, ACON Laboratories, Inc. completed its sale to Inverness Medical Innovations, Inc. of ACON’s Second Territories business of researching, developing, manufacturing, marketing, and selling lateral flow immunoassay products in China, Asia Pacific, Latin America, South America, the Middle East, Africa, India, Pakistan, and Russia.
